Gas-hydraulic buffers are used in mining and earth-moving equipment to absorb shocks, reduce vibrations, and enhance stability.

On excavators and drilling rigs, we find buffers as cushion for the boom and arm, reducing stress on the mechanical design with improved efficiency and comfort for the operators. Haulers have dampers and buffers to increase safety for drivers and reduce swaying while often operating on uneven terrain. Loaders and dozers have similar features for driver comfort but also a bucket or scraper that have buffers for impact protection when tipping or pushing the gravel, rocks or dirt. Crusher conveyor systems are often equipped with buffers at drop zones to reduce stress on the conveyors and reduce damage and wear of the belts.

In all cases, buffers and dampers are crucial components for improving equipment longevity, operator comfort, and overall operational efficiency in these demanding environments.

All our damper and buffer designs have been tested to extreme conditions and stress ensuring that quality and performance is kept overtime. Such testing includes impact testing, extreme temperature variations, fatigue test and pressure testing. All units will be production tested before delivered to our customers.
