Following the planned retirement of Håkan Persson at the end of September 2026, Dellner has appointed Anders Linder as Head of Dampers and Site Director in Flen. Fredric Håkansson has been appointed Managing Director of Dellner Dampers AB.
Anders joined the organization on August 17, 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, Håkan will hand over his operational responsibilities to Anders effective September 1, 2026. Håkan will remain with the company through the end of September, supporting Anders and the organization during the transition period.
Anders brings more than 25 years of leadership experience from the automotive and manufacturing industries. He has held senior positions at Scania, International Trucks in North America, and most recently Metallfabriken Ljunghäll, part of the Gnutti Carlo Group, where he served as Interim Operations Director.
His experience spans operations, production, sales, business development, product management, and continuous improvement, with leadership responsibility across international organisations.
Dellner Dampers has been part of Wabtec Corporation since February 2026.
